Most of you of course are aware of the remodeling work that has taken place and personally, I believe the building looks great so far. Its refreshing to see new coats of paint to these walls that were in such need. Furthermore, this appears to be a great shot in the arm for many as with any change, this was and is a good one. I commend everyone for their patience during this period as the work moves forward and enhancements take place. Its funny how the little things make the world of difference in a work place, just the other day, I had an off-duty fireman that commented on how well things look and how good it made them feel. Thats exactly what we want here, so spread it around if you may, there's nothing wrong with feeling great about where you are especially when your away from "home" for such a long time. Remember, this is your "home" away from "home", take care of it just as you would if it were yours. Take pride in what "we" accomplish not just as a single member but as a "team".
